How to Make a Booking

 

Once you have decided on a particular trekking or activity, then please contact us to start the booking process. This is only the first stage of the booking  and you are under no obligation to complete the reservation. We will contact you with further details. If you would simply like to find out more about what we offer then complete the first stage and we will contact you with the relevant trekking information.

 

Payment Schedule

Contact us for a payment schedule if your departure date is less than 7 days away or if you are already travelling.

 

The Trek Itinerary

Every ounce of effort will be applied to adhere to the planned itinerary but alterations may be necessary from time to time. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may happen where we deem necessary for the comfort and well-being of the trip member

 

Cabotrekking Tour  & Activities reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient sign-up. Full refunds will be made or alternative trips booked. Adventure Cabotrekking Tour & Activities is not responsible for additional costs the trip member might have incurred in the result of inclement weather, political instability, way blockage by landslide and other related incidents, non-refundable airfares, visa fees, medical expenses etc.

 

Trek Fitness

All tours will be enhanced if you undertake regular exercise before you depart. It is your responsibility to advise us of any medical problems well before departure. See our article on trekking grades and level of fitness required for each.
